Kato Cut Flowers, Inc. has been growing fresh cut flowers in the hills of Central Coast California since 1966. We're a closely-knit family run business that features wholesale and retail selling and shipping of fresh cut flowers. We started our online floral business in 1998.

We maintain a competitive edge by offering a better value for the customer rather than just the lowest price. We grow, cut, de-thorn, and arrange the flowers in our hand-tied bouquets the same day the order ships. We use custom insulated floral boxes for FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery to ensure fresh flowers when they are delivered.

The design and quality of our bouquets is consistent, our service top rate, and our prices competitive. Together these business standards have allowed us to serve our growing retail and partner base.

Because ... "What you see on our website and the websites of our partners ... Is truly what you get!" We don't depend on the stock pictures of floral networks because, most of the online floral companies, are compelled to use the same pictures over and over. We keep our images fresh to take advantage of season or the availability of the flowers. The often used "We maintain the right to substitute flowers in your bouquet" disclaimer is NOT part of our customer promise.

We work closely with our partners who have become an important part of our channel success. Our local fulfillment center provides drop-ship delivery service. All shipments originate from this one location with the guarantee of family quality control and 100% customer satisfaction.

Once a package leaves our nursery, we use FedEx Insight software to track the shipment in "real-time" until it reaches its destination. If any problems occur, we can react quickly to minimize any potential issues.
